Missions

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth. Acts 1:8

We are a missional people on mission! Everything we do has a mission and a purpose. Our primary mission field is the Cedar Valley or “Our Jerusalem.” Roughly 60% of all of our resources will be poured into our primary mission field.

Within that primary mission, we also want to have an impact in our Judea, Our Samaria and to the ends of the earth.

Here’s what that looks like for us…

Our Judea

(Our #2 mission field. Roughly 20% of all of our resources will be poured into our primary mission field)

The area outside the daily routine of members of your church, but the geographical distance does not require a substantial amount of time and resources to access. It extends beyond our Jerusalem, yet was within driving distance and was traveled frequently by church members.)
The areas we have identified as potential satellite church sites are “Our Judea”

Samaria

(Our #3 mission field. Roughly 1-10% of all of our resources will be poured into this mission field.)

The area outside an easy commute, yet readily accessible with an increasing amount of time and resources. Currently, “Our Samaria” includes Chicago and the Rosebud Indian Reservation in South Dakota.

Ends of the Earth

(Our #4 mission field. Roughly 1-10% of all of our resources will be poured into this mission field)

The area not readily accessible without a substantial amount of time and resources. Our Ends of the Earth focus currently includes Mexico along with the support of our missionaries in China, Palestine and Thailand.
